I was very fortunate to be selected to decorate a sculpture for the Trunks Across the Thames Elephant Sculpture trail, which went live to the public on 13th July 2026. My elephant, 'The Pixelated Elephant' or more familiarly, 'Pixie', was made by glueing about a million 2cm square pieces of wood all over its outer surface.
During the project, I kept a daily journal to consider how I felt about the ongoing work:
