JACOB AND THE ANGEL

Music video for a song I made and released on the album Thanks Lichas, Thanks A Lot. The song had a quote from 'Fuse' an episode of Columbo which involved a murder that utilised exploding cigars and the actor Roddy McDowell. The rest of the song is a jumble of quotes from Cormac McCarthy, Franz Kafka, Philip Glass and many others, basically concerning a nebulous plot to murder a government official by hiding a syringe inside the sculpture Jacob and the Angel by Jacob Epstein. The song was recorded in 2006, but the record was released in 2024. I've been meaning to make a proper video for it for a long time, but instead, I edited the episode of Columbo to match the music.
